Facebook unfairly blocking hundreds of customers

Can anyone help us. There are hundreds of Facebook users that are being unfairly blocked by them. We are being called SPAMMERS for using their social networking for exactly the reason it was created. We have broken no rules.
For myself, Facebook is my main contact with my friends and family. There has been no vulgar language, no broken rules. Most all my friends there are church friends and family.
Facebook is causing many, including myself, much undue stress. We can get no answers from them, after using all e-mail addresses we can find to contact them and having others post directly to Mr. Zuckerman, etc., on our behalf.
Please can you help us? We appreciate any help and thank you in advance.
