What Keeps The Chairman Of The Board Up At Night? Technology!

At an NACD breakfast this morning, packed with Board of Directors, they reported that "technology" was on the shortlist of 'What Keeps The Chairman Up At Night'.
But they also had on that shortlist finding & managing good talent (And yes, CASH, was on the shortlist too)
Then I met the CEO of a company who showed me this somewhat irreverent YouTube video entitled 'Integrity is important for leading Innovation'-that summed up the problem these Board members were talking about.
