Every product or services company needs to prepare accurate quotations, respond to RFXs, demonstrate products and/or provide detailed proposals.
Do you know and understand the cost associated with this effort?
Is that cost ever recouped?
How can and do you minimize this cost?
We've been using our software to provide an ROI calculator for prospective customers for some time and now want to use it internally to help us understand the true cost of a sale. I'd really like to hear about the experiences of other companies who have done this analysis.
