I am in search of a very rapid software development platform, which can map business processes and flow of document without much validation. with a small training some one can sit with users and map the processes. The whole out put to get a full cycle of business flow. Once the whole cycle is stabilized, it can be taken into the main steam.
I am exploring share point server, some other code generating packages. But, I am yet to find a balance between simplicity and complexity.
Hi - just remember you can't track ROI or EV with Agile or extreme programing as it was called and it is not supported under SEI or PMI. I like the Spiral Model much better and you can do everything with it under control.
I disagree. Can you explain your rationale that you can't track these things in an agile project? I call BS.
If you are interested in a trully Agile platform,
How about a deck of 3x5" index cards? :-)
Seriously, if you have a small co-located team, that plus some white boards may be enough. I'd need to know a lot more about your particular situation to come up with anything better.
Try AgilePoint - great software
If you are looking for a platform to rapidly develop and deploy workflows... look no further. You should check out the stuff from K2. Their company helped us with a project specific workflow issue - we now use them enterprise wide as a platform. We also looked at Skelta and Captaris, but these didn't compete and lacked the vision that k2 has.
