Can anybody elaborate on this new emerging trend in USA market? More and more SMBs are ready to outsource their IT infrastructure management to Indian Pureplayers. I am from India and i wish to know more about the Market perception about this trend in USA. If anybody from USA in this industry can guide me on this?
Managing desktop, datacenter, database, network and security is what is delivered via internet on 24*7 basis by service providers who is expert doing this. This allows client to save upto 40% on IT management and it directly offers competitiveness in client's core business.
I wish to know the future of this industry in 2008. As more and more Cos are emerging in India which are expert doing this on a lower cost and top quality.
