AOTMP has released a new report that establishes an “Industry Confidence Index” and assesses enterprise confidence for Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Wireless Mobility Management (WMM) programs. The report serves as an industry-wide indicator of enterprise confidence in the ability of these programs to meet current and future business needs.
More than 300 enterprises - representing $3.4 billion in annual telecom spend and 2.7 million enterprise end users – participated in the study. AOTMP uncovered enterprise perceptions and a few surprising results. The complete report is available for download here:

The research has uncovered some very useful information for everyone in the industry – enterprises, suppliers, partners and investors. Candid feedback was given from enterprises using third party technologies, outsourcing programs, and those managing completely in-house. Everyone can find value in the different viewpoints from these audiences and their expectations and future plans for telecom and wireless management programs.
Report highlights include:
• What the current “state” of the telecom management is, and how it’s reflected in AOTMP’s Industry Confidence Index
• How enterprise views differ among those who use suppliers and those who manage internally
• Views on TEM and WMM program performance, reporting, and execution timeframes
• Enterprise feedback on TEM and WMM program expectations and future plans
How do you manage your telecom environment? Is it working for you?
